"I was introduced to "red Light therapy" by my friend and neighbor. He had been referred to Lisa by one of his practitioners who was treating him for his bad back pain. He was impressed with the results and shared his story with me and others so I, having back pain for about 60 years and now living on daily handfuls of Ibuprofen, decided to give it a try. I am pleased to report that those bulging discs were reduced to nothing and I have not taken any Ibuprofen since I began treatment almost 2 years ago. While I was there, because she can treat many areas at the same time, we also treated a shoulder impingement and an arthritic ankle. It took the shoulder a few months to disappear and the arthritis is ongoing to keep it under control but it sure helps a lot. What I'm saying is that it works well for me and I now go once every few weeks or so to keep things under control. It is painless and relaxing and many fall asleep during treatment. "Maria has built an absolutely lovely, quiet oasis at her new location on King Street, just steps from the King Edward Hotel. Once inside you would never know that busy King Street is just above. When you enter her Spa, the sound of the traffic is left behind. The inside is beautifully appointed and the preservation of the old bank vault door adds of feeling of history to her Salon. When I arrived for my first visit, Maria was not yet fully open as she had not completed the final touches to the renovations. I had a very nice wax treatment and took a mini tour to see the showers, the massage rooms etc. I am really looking forward to my next visit!"

"Red Maple Massage is welcoming, conveniently located to a subway station and has extended hours. I have had multiple RMTs - all of have been great. My go-to person is Richard, who has been very helpful for a chronic strain - whenever I leave, I can feel instant physical relief. I have been to other clinics in the past, however, I stick with Red Maple now as I consistently receive great service. My only flag of note to potential clients would be that there is a staircase required to enter Red Maple (no elevator), so if accessibility is an issue, this may be a consideration."

"SW massage has been wonderful every time i go, all the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I have had massages from multiple therapists and all have been great. Last time I saw Brian and was VERY impressed! He went above and beyond in helping me with a sore neck and shoulder and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and helping them with any injuries or pain. He is knowledgeable and really helped. The clinic itself is clean and inviting and i love that they have partial time bookings such as 30 or 45 minutes for more flexibility. Would highly recommend this clinic!"

Irina is a queen of customer service, she is amazing, knows everything about the procedures and is very helpful. Anna who does the facials (among other procedures) is the most knowledgeable aesthetician and skin expert I know. She will walk you through the facial and treatment and will explain everything she does. The skin looks and feels amazing after each time I visit and between the treatments. I highly recommend!"

This was a really good massage. The therapist worked on my trouble areas. If I would have had this experience first, I would have given a 5 star review. I really appreciate that the owner called me before posting a reply on my review. I also appreciate that they accepted full responsibility for my bad experience. I wish more business owners understood the importance of customer service and accountability. Good job on turning this around. ________________________________ First time here. Very Overpriced. My massage was not the greatest. They ask that you get there early so I was 15ish minutes early. They got me in the room 5 minutes late and the therapist spent 10 minutes asking me what I wanted worked on. I explained that I wanted her to work on my neck, shoulders, elbows, right hip and quads. Was a 2 hour massage. She spent 1.5 hours on my back, about 10 minutes on my legs and 5 minutes on my arms. Finished 10 minutes early. I usually sleep great after a massage. This was not the case this time. She really did nothing for my neck, arm, hip or leg pain. Therapist was friendly but I'm not there to make friends. I will not be back."
