I highly recommend her. One suggestion I’d make is to enhance the massage room setup. A more thoughtfully designed and calming space would really help clients feel even more relaxed and comfortable. "The lady was very nice. But it did not feel like she was doing anything. Most of the time I did not feel her touching me. I did have a very expensive short nap. There was no pain Relief whatsoever. Just a sore lower back from lying in the same position for 45 minutes. Not worth $85.00."

However making a reservation at 9, showing up at 9 you have to wait outside in line for 30 min in cold weather to be let in, questionable organization and not much explanation. Lockers are small and tight; hard to change. I found the facilities great but not too much of a variety, hot sauna overlooking the river, river cold plunge and the first hot pool as you enter are the best! Overall a strong 4.5 out of 5."
