"Went in on appointment time and was greeted by my pre-booked therapist on arrival. After settling in, a different therapist came, claiming mu booked therapist was busy with another client. I pondered why I had booked with one but set up with a different one. Then the booked therapist returned and asked me to wait for twenty minutes while she finished the other client. Seems like they respect more on their walk-ins than pre-booked customers.This was the second time this place / therapists messed up with my bookings. That time, the therapist was not even working while working ones were all busy. I got so turned off that I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere worthwhile. This would be my last time coming after two empty trips. More frustration and stress than relief."
