"I have visited Utopia on several occasions and have left with a good impression as the staff have always been great. However, this last visit was not the same. When I booked the appointments for my daughter and I, I advised them that we would be brining her 6 week old baby along. They were great about it...until the actual day of the appointment, when the baby, as babies do, did cry for a few minutes. The owner was very rude if advising my daughter that they baby was disrupting other patrons...I was devastated for my daughter. We cancelled the manicure portion of our booking and left. If they didn't want a baby in their spa then they should have said that up front instead of choosing to approach my daughter the way she did. I will NEVER go back to this spa again. Not the kind of place that I want to support. Women should uphold and support other women, especially new moms who are already going through a tough time."
