"Bad bad bad customer service. I went in for a 30 minute session. 15 mins in she was hinting that the massage was over. Then she started walking out to get hot towels. I called her back but she ignored me and went anyway. When she got back I said “why are not being nice to me? We come to get a massage when we are stressed and you are being mean?? I paid you money!!…” It was so bad that I started screaming at how poorly I was being treated. I have to assume it was because I am black cos I did nothing to her."
