"I would not even give it a one star. The therapist was extremely tired and did not complete her 90 mins massage. First i got booked in for a 90 min massage with a tired therapist then the lady at the counter does not even communicate to me during payment that my brother had already paid the bill with the tip! lastly she charged me again and when i informed her of the service she offered me 25 dollars off! seriously for a 90 min massage that was not even completed in 90 mins! Horrible service will never ever go there again and will not recommend this to anyone. If you are not satisfied they will not do anything, no acknowledgment plus they might even over charge you! disgusted by the service! Also the bottom is a lie by the therapist i had asked her for strong massage! please do not call your customers a liar. I had heard you over the phone very calmly and you agreed that she was tired. I hope you do not do this with another client and take full payment for a 90 min when shes not completed the full time."

"I came here to see if they could help me with a concern i had. Fozia made promises, did two treatments with no success. The 3rd treatment was set up but done by someone i had never seen at their clinic. None of the treatments worked and Fozia promised to try something else and when I followed up, she blew me off. She even 'misplaced' my chart. I had not expected miracles to happen but for someone to treat me like this, after I spent hundreds of dollars here is truly despicable. After this, I was stupid enough to have myself and my daughters to try laser hair removal with no success!! We went for 10 sessions with nothing to show for it. She did comp us a few sessions after I complained but the treatments did not work (I have had laser on other parts of my body with much success). What was the icing on the cake, when we went in for our first free session, she told her technician to make sure the the temp was high enough so that it smelled like something was burning. Who does that! A lot of $ and time spent with zero results. Do not waste your time or money here...please!"

"I got my lower back waxed on April 19, 2 days later I broke out with folliculitis bumps. So itchy and uncomfortable. I called the salon and was told to “ice” it. I requested the owner to call me. I never got a call. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and service quality received on April 19. I have been coming here for years."
