"based on reviews and price point of the services here i expected a lot higher quality of care, and was very disappointed. arrived a few minutes early for my massage and when brought to the room the first thing the RMT said was “since i am running behind it’s just going to be a 45 minute service today”. which doesn’t make sense to me, that i arrive on time and my service is cut short because of her failure to manage her time? secondly, i requested specific areas be worked on but was not listened to at all. she spent the majority of the service working on an area i did not request, and spent the last few minutes rushing through only half of the areas i asked her to work on. also, not relaxing at all as it was very loud with people in other rooms and in the halls talking. with every other massage i’ve had i have never experienced such disruption?"
