"Irina is amazing. I didn't really know what reflexology was or exactly what I was looking for when I found her. I knew I couldn't keep doing massage therapy because it wasn't affordable for me and the treatments weren't lasting. I googled reflexology under my mother's advice, and found Irina. And I am so glad I reached out when I did. I have had pain in my lower back, shoulder, and wrist since I was 16 from an accident, which have only been made worse by further accidents over the years. Irina's initial questionnaire and her consult showed me immediately that she cared deeply about helping me and she has done so much more than that. I live my life without pain on a regular basis. I can write without struggling or needing breaks (I'm right handed and that was my injured side) and I don't usually feel discomfort anymore. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you, be an amazing friend and supporter, and help you and your body feel 10 times better, I strongly recommend you meet Irina. She has been treating me for about 6 months, and I couldn't imagine not having met her. She explained everything to me from Day 1, and continues to do so at every appointment. She is amazing. "I’ve been booking appointments for my family at Soma Spa for some time now, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially made a cancellation for my husband’s massage, which was not showing up online, but I had it confirmed in my own calendar. When I called to cancel, the receptionist reassured me twice that the appointment had been successfully canceled, and even confirmed our next appointment. However, when Monday came around, my husband received a call about a "no-show" for the appointment. I immediately called back and spoke to the owner, who told me the staff claimed I had confirmed the appointment. I explained my side, but after 10 minutes on the phone, the issue was still unresolved. It was beyond frustrating to be put in a position where I felt like I had to explain myself multiple times. Why would I lie about something so minor? If it had truly been a missed appointment, I would have had no problem paying, just as I did two months ago when my daughter overslept and arrived 30minutes late. What’s especially disappointing is that we’ve been loyal clients of Kaitlin's since she worked at Massage Experts, and we followed her to this location — all four of us. After this experience, I don’t think we’ll be returning. It’s a shame that a simple appointment cancellation turned into such a drawn-out, negative experience."

"Went for a manicure with two others and had a prebooked appointment. Showed up on time. The other two people I was with started on time and had a good experience. They started on me 25 minutes later. I did not get a full manicure, the person rushed through it by skipping steps and was quite rough. I finished my appointment at the same time as the other two people I was with and it was full charge."
