I got the 60 minute reflexology and the 90 minute combo that included a body massage and I would recommend both! Make sure you ask for Suzie, she was very thorough and checked in on me often during the massage."

"Had a 60 min massage with Chiara on Monday, focused on upper back, neck, shoulders! We discussed exercises to reduce neck and back pain, talked through what I was looking for and she did exactly that. Great experience, clean space, good communication!"

"Waste of time and money. STAY AWAY. Recently got a 60minute RMT couples massage with my fiancé at the JW Marriott spa. Friendly service, but horrible massage. We each spent $328 for a weak rub on the back and a bit of scented oil and a cheap glass of champagne in a plastic glass at the end. Very little attention to actual sore muscles. 18% tip was mandatory and included in the bill. My fiancé also stated how her masseuse felt like she was “just touching her back” - We’ve had numerous massages, and far better ones at a way lower price points. Our 7:15pm massage was the last of the day, so we also had access to their hot tub and relax area prior to the appointment. Hot tub was packed with hotel guests and was a warm bathtub at best.. Stayed only 5 minutes. Relax area was fine, nothing special, some nice snacks. Overall, not worth it and extremely disappointing for what is one of the most expensive and prestigious hotels in Vancouver."

The girls were cute, but I prefer more expirinced girls.my Fiance and I were expecting someone a bit different... we definitely loved this place but were looking for something else...This place was totally upscale, the one girl wore a kimono and the other wore a beautiful angora sweater!"
