"Cheap service. That is the only word describing this place after management’s lack of response to the situation. How staff was unprofessional and untrained for basic manicure. Gel was peeled fully after 3 days and lady took 2 hours to do basic nail paint. The massage rooms are cold and staff os ganging up while clients are getting waxed. No compensation and paid $500 plus"

"I had a very nice and comfortable experience with Eleni today. She was very personable. During the facial, she was thorough in explaining about the products as well as explaining about the different equipment/tools that were used on my face. She is very knowledgeable, sincere and passionate about her job. Because of this, I can say that I trust her with my skin care. Thank you again Eleni for a great experience. :)"

"PSA: Attn. Leduc & area residents!!! Savannah is 12/10 amazing. She listens to your requests/concerns, super personable & very knowledgeable. I love the vibe in her studio, so relaxing with her incredibly realistic cloud ceiling. She goes the extra mile & isn't just clocking in the hours...she loves what she does and it shines through in her practice. I trust her 100% as a client. So hard to find a practitioner that checks all the boxes, but look no further! Heald Massage is where it's at!"
