"Highly recommend. As a teenager that deals with hormonal acne, it was very hard to get rid of my stubborn pimples and scars. I became very self conscious and it lead to being my biggest insecurity. After I visited Neetu to get a combination of the signature facial, chemical peel, and than micro needling, my skin has never looked so alluring. The costumer service was excellent, they offered me drinks and lead me to the room. The environment was very clean and hygienic. As I said I highly recommend, the experience is unmatched. :)"

"After an initial misunderstanding for an appointment time, I was so impressed that the spa reached out to me later to rectify the issue (especially as a first time customer)! This demonstrates their strong commitment to customer service, which is definitely lacking in many places now! I had my first Pico laser toning treatment yesterday with Jas, and she spent a lot of time going over my skin with the laser. She also applied a cold sheet mask after the treatment to calm the redness, which I really appreciated! I will definitely be coming back for other services in the future."

"Last week, I was reminded of a valuable lesson about giving people the benefit of the doubt. We had booked a couple’s massage, expecting to share a room, only to find out at the last minute that we were in separate rooms due to an error on the spa’s part. Initially, we were annoyed, especially since we weren’t informed until after we had paid. Frustration flared as it seemed they had intentionally waited to disclose the mistake; but after we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner sincerely apologized, explaining the mix-up was an honest mistake, and offered a discount. We declined the discount and decided to go ahead with the massages in separate rooms, understanding that mistakes happen. It turned out to be one of the best massages we’ve ever had! What started as a potential disappointment turned into an excellent display of customer service and professional skill. This day reminded me that sometimes, giving people the benefit of the doubt can lead to unexpectedly wonderful outcomes. When things don't go as planned, they can still lead you to great experiences! The massage therapists here are truly phenomenal!"

"It may not look like much on the outside but like the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover. When you walk inside it's a very relaxed, calming and inviting place. The staff are all very nice and friendly and accommodating. I've been to many different massage therapists thru out the city and since finding Stephanie Reist at Palms, probably over a year ago now, I haven't bothered to go to any other places. She is by far my favorite massage therapist I've had in the last 10+ years. She's not only friendly and easy to talk to and so understanding she knows how to make your body feel like jelly. I've actually fallen asleep from one of her massages it was so relaxing. She knows what areas to focus on and always uses the right amount of pressure. "Went and got my nails done here yesterday and paid 80$ for these nails and when I left the nail salon it was close to closing so I couldn’t call later in the evening when I noticed that my fingers were in pain and burning. I went in the next day after work and asked if they could please take my nails off and possibly give me a refund as they had actually hurt me and damaged my skin with burns and blisters on my cuticles. They were very rude basically yelled, laughed and made fun of me, telling me no and that they didn’t do anything wrong. They told me to come back for a free set but wouldn’t refund me the money, I politely told them I didn’t want to come back here and get my nails done as I am clearly in pain from the last set they did. They didn’t help me in anyways or care at all that they had hurt me, I do not recommend coming here especially if you have children the staff don’t listen and are disrespectful."
