"Hello . I just called in , the second I found out I now work tomorrow . I booked two massages and intend to book more , like one every 2 weeks , I'm here for 3 months for work. I realize it's 3 hours past the 24 hour cancellation period, this was a rare emergency as a co workers parent passed away . I do appreciate you offering to have me rebook with your therapist within 30 days to avoid a cancellation fee. However. I don't have confidence that within her limited availability of three weekdays and my schedule of generally working Monday to Friday dusk til dawn , this doesn't allow me to rebook. I asked the person on the phone politely to make an exception and they said I can talk to the manager tomorrow. That's not going to work for me. If I cant have a short three hour window of unpredictable circumstances forgiven and accommodated, it really makes me not want to utilize your massage therapists at all , and isn't okay. I would appreciate you seeing my unique perspective and having some empathy for my situation, rather than giving me no way out of being dinged money I can't afford to lose . Please consider my request and do the right thing , I'm a new customer and I have every intention of utilizing your business for the next few months and in future. optimistically do hope to receive a positive response and resolution here shortly. Thanks in advance. Zero effort made here. Just none. Unacceptable , you took none of this at face value and could have just made an exception . I have a regular massage place in Vancouver and they ALWAYS allow exceptions in emergencies. Sad state of non existent customer service. You would have had 5 new bookings , and other new clients , instead. , you chose to just be utterly immoral and completely inconsiderate. Great business plan on treating new clients like trash. Horrible ethics .I would have booked within the 30 days with a new therapist, however , not even given that option. Explained my situation, and NOT a shred of care. Brutual. Update. I was not rude to your admin. That's a lie you put on here to justify your lack of compassion towards an emergency work issue. You had a chance at a simple reschedule that works for me , it was 21 hours and hit 24 because I didn't know my coworkers would have to attend a last minute tragedy. The fact that you continue to stand behind your unnecessary lack of compassion to my situation is disgusting. You don't deserve my business and if there is an attempt to take money out of my account over this , I will be taking this to the bbb. Newspaper and every available avenue to shame your lies , lack of customer service and rude reception and management. Shame on you for being this petty ."
