"Very poor customer service, Firstly massage therapists don't cover for the time fully paid, Secondly front desk never answered calls on time and hardly call for appointment remainders , they kept arguing that I missed my appointment and they reminded me of my appointment which absolutely not true. Have Sunday closed on their hours of operation. Tried to explain my situation and no one bats an eye . Also they charge for the whole 1 hour, and never I was having a massage for the full one hour, i hardly get 50 mins massage even after paying for the full hour The massage therapist didn't even talk a word , even though I paid full amount for no show. Seriously bizarre, I've been a member at this and never missed appointments, but somehow I forgot about one appointment and they do nothing as work around. Utterly disappointed, never will recommend any one here"

"The atmosphere at My Massage Place is nice and relaxing, like you are at a cute cottage on vacation. The place is extremely clean and welcoming. Jesse (massage therapist)was kind and personable and my deep tissue massage was 100/10! I left feeling so much relief from my chronic neck pain. After my appointment, Jesse really cared and gave me a complementary water and checked to make sure I was feeling good. I will definitely come back and I 100% recommend My Massage Place for a massage!"

"i decided to try this place to get my lashes done, and booked a fill for my nails while i was at it. my appointment was for 11:30 so i went in got my lashes done and then got my FILL that ended up taking THREE hours. they told me the nail design i wanted would be an extra $35 so i said okay whatever, this was before i knew how long he was gonna take. he took so long and i was exhausted and just wanted to go so i told him not to bother finishing my designs… he still charged me the full extra $35 which in my opinion is insane. fast forward about a week and a half now and the eyelashes are really bothering me and itching my eyes and so i brushed them hoping it would help and the eyelashes straight out all fell out on my inner eye and took my real eyelashes with it. i am now bald in one part of my eye. a lot of the eyelashes are clumped and glued together and just really seemed like she rushed it. from what i know from past lash techs is apparently your not supposed to put the extension on multiple lashes at once and that is exactly what she did and why they clumped and glued together. i ended up paying $170 for glued and clumped together eyelashes and a FILL that took literally 3 hours. i thought their prices were good so i wanted to give it a try, he did do a good job on the nails i will give him that but definitely not worth the getting in at 11:30 and not getting out till almost 4. never going back!"
