"On a recent business trip to Calgary, i developed some neck pain on the flight over due to sleeping with out a pillow. I suffered through the pain for 5 days before googling a massage therapist to help release the muscle spasm. I managed to find Jack- lin massage the same day and booked a slot. I have had many massages in my years, in Vietnam, Bali, England, DR, however, this was undoubtedly one of the best. The massage directly targeted the muscles in my neck causing the problem, jack was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure to help relieve my severe neck pain. Truely he is a master of his craft. The range of motion was greatly improved even after a 30-minute session. I hope to come back to Calgary and when i do i will definitely book in with Jack again."

"Steam room not working, cold plunge not working, no compensation whatsoever for having these services missing. Even the towel rack at the moisturizing station was empty. I tried to bring it to the attention of management but it was just run by a bunch of young students that don’t care. This place needs a serious management overhaul. They never replenished the wet towels after having asked and waited for an hour. Not to mention their misleading and confusing gift card practices. I’d be surprised if Strom even reads these reviews and tries to right their wrongs, because all signs lead to them really not caring about their customer experience."

"In Montreal and we booked a couples massage. On their website showed openings every hour. Walked down in this snow storm today and then were told appointment was cancelled. They say the sent an email. Showed my phone no email for cancellation. They were not apologetic, would never use this place again."
