"I had an amazing experience during my first visit here today. I enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing facial and a luxurious scalp treatment that included washing, exfoliating, massage and treating my scalp with high-quality products. They even dried my hair at the end. I had no idea what to expect. The entire process left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The peppermint shampoo they used on my hair had a delightful fragrance and felt incredibly soothing. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making the experience truly special. I’m glad I found this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back."

"I had a very bad experience with pedicure at this place. A few days after the pedicure, my toenail got infected and there was lots of pus coming out. I ended up going to the emergency room and had to take antibiotics to treat the infection. And now I’m dealing with an ingrown nail that I haven’t had in my whole life. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the person who performed this pedicure but I don’t recommend this place."

"I absolutely love the products at Bioethique Spa. I've been a loyal client since the opening over a decade ago. My current favourites include: the Sun cream moisturizer which is so amazing- I love the smell, texture, and my skin always feel super hydrated after. I also love the cleanser - it smells so divine and goes on smoothly. My skin always feels refreshed after I use it. Other notable favourites, the face mask, exfoliant and all the face creams. There is a quality and essence to these products that is extremely special and keeps me coming back year after year. 5 stars plus!"

"I've been a loyal customer of your salon for some time now, and I've always been impressed by your excellent services, reasonable prices, and wonderful customer service. However, I recently encountered an issue with one of your new employees that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. On two separate occasions, I've interacted with this employee, and unfortunately, I found her to be a bit rude. Today, for instance, I arrived at the salon around 4:45 PM and noticed that she was already attending to another client. I patiently waited until she finished, and when she became available at 4:55 PM, I politely requested to have my eyebrows and upper lip done. However, her response was rather curt, stating that she didn't have time as the salon was closing at 5 PM. While I understand that I was late, and I'm sorry for that. But it was the way she spoke to me that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn't aware of the Saturday timings, so it's my fault for not checking." , it was the tone in which she responded that left me feeling uncomfortable. I believe that a little politeness and professionalism in her interactions with clients would go a long way in ensuring a positive experience for everyone. I want to clarify that my feedback doesn't reflect my overall satisfaction with your salon or your team, who have been fantastic. I appreciate your services and commitment to a welcoming environment. "Loved the facial I got! I started my visit in the tranquility room which was so relaxing and I treated myself to a tea and muffin. My facial was extraordinary! "Updated Review: I felt compelled to provide an update to my recent review. As I mentioned before, everyone at the spa is warm, welcoming, and professional. The esthetician from my first visit was lovely, but I left feeling a bit disappointed because the service didn’t quite meet my expectations—I didn’t feel like I got what I had come for. To the spa’s credit, the manager reached out to me immediately after my review and invited me to come back. I really appreciated that level of responsiveness. It turns out the service I originally booked was a light cleansing facial, and there are other options on their menu that would have better met my needs. Today, I came back for a new facial with Emily, and I’m so glad I did. She was fantastic—she explained each step of the process and made me feel completely at ease. The facial was nothing short of amazing. My skin feels soft, supple, and deeply moisturized. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, and I’ll definitely be back."

Website clearly states walk-in welcome.needed a massage badly my husband and I search and located Apple Spa pretty close to our house which opened on Sunday until 9 pm we drove there hoping that we could both have a massage only to be told we needed an appointment and that they were busy. Also if I wanted they would accept only one of us. The website did not state only one person per family could walk in. Makes me wonder why we were told especially when there are open until late finally the lady was not friendly and not at all inviting"

"I’ve been a hand and stone customer for years and I’ve always experienced exceptional treatments throughout. I’ve been to many locations and it was my first time at the Thornhill location. They did not fail to impress. Shari was my RMT therapist and did a great job with finding knots on my shoulders and relieving them. She also showed me some exercises to reduce muscle tension. Guess I’ll be going there more often. I’ve always used my insurance for RMT massages and it’s always been a breeze with reservations and check ins."
