"This place doesn't have qualified massage therapists. The lady was half naked in heels. The lady rubbed my back really fast as if she was rubbing a stain out of a carpet. I asked for a deep tissue and she had no idea what the heck she was doing. I stopped her 20 mins in and she made me pay 30 mins for the massage. I will not be going back. I asked for a massage for my aunt who I brought with me. She did not like her massage experience as well. We will never go back here or recommend this place."

"I went there today with just general soreness from training. I was also pretty sure I pulled/tweaked a muscle in my Quad. I don't typically care for massages and I'm kind of a baby so I don't like to be torn apart or touched in certain spots. I let Erin know in the beginning what was bothering me and briefly about past experiences with full body massages. She found every knot (there were lots) and carefully worked at them. She was very meticulous and when she finished and I got up, I immediately felt better! Hours later and my Quad feels great! I'll definitely go back! Great first experience!"

"I don't like to leave negative reviews. However this was the second time we came and it will be the last. We had to use up a gift card reason for second visit. My sister in law and I get together every couple of months do something fun then go for lunch. The first time we came we were blown away how pretty the place was and relaxing . There was no one to greet us. After waiting for 5 minutes we ended up calling to make sure someone was there. No one answered we were surprised . Wondered who left the door unlocked and why is no one there. Turns out reception comes in much later and the therapists were all busy. It's a shame no one is there earlier as while we were waiting we would have loved to have purchased a few things. The massage therapist are absolutely amazing we had Jessica , Dawn and Lindsay. During our two visits. Such incredible massages. However I would highly recommend the receptionist Mitzi get trained a bit better. For someone who only works short hours she should have a bit better attitude and better customer service. Greeting people asking how they are...etc. After our first visit in November we booked our next appointment it took her over 10min to do so . Even though we gave her the specifics ( 2 people same time Tues or Thursday) she kept saying "oh that one is just for one of you, oh I have a Wednesday for you." I work in customer service myself and by the end even my patience was running thin. When she finally found an appointment in January took our gift card stated everything was paid in full. When we went yesterday as we were about to leave she was like oh you owe extra money. Pardon me? We paid in full prior to our visit. She said prices have increased since our last visit and now we have an outstanding balance. We paid but it left such a terrible taste in our mouths. We will not be returning and I don't recommend it at all , despite the excellent service we received by the therapists."

"It has been about 10 months since I had my online consultation with Maja and Jasmine. Consultation in itself was fine. I bought $700 worth of the recommended skin care products from Green Envee and Dermaquest. I really committed to the process, knowing I would probably purge in response to the skin care changes, but I thought the "medical grade" products would be my holy grail. My acne/redness did not improve at all over the last 10 months, and actually ended up slightly worse. The only product I will continue to use is the Colore Science sunscreen. Disappointing considering the price of the products, but I knew it was a risk. I've switched to a drug store brand of derm recommended skin care and am seeing the results I've been waiting for."
