"I did the Italian mud wrap treatment which is supposed to target cellulite area. For me, the cellulite areas are thighs and hips, which was not addressed. It was an introductory offer, I wouldn’t do it again, unless they improve the technique and service. On another note I have tried various other services at this spa with very good experience."

"My boyfriend and I had some time before a dinner reservation so we looked up a spa near us and found,Yuen! Ive been to another location a few years ago and enjoyed it so we called and was able to get a spot for 2 ppl. We opted for the VIP room and it was very luxurious! The chair was very comfortable, they served us tea and we had a private TV. We hadAlex and Molly as our masseuses, they did a 10 minutes shoulder massage which was amazing! The rest of the reflexology was just as good!"

"Decided to check this place out since its close by to where I live but honestly was not happy with our services at all. We got the 45 min full body and 45 min reflexology massage combo for $95… idk if it was bc we booked at a late time (11pm) & they were tired but there was no effort put into our massage at all. The massage felt rushed; the therapists were yawning. all she did was press several points into the skin instead of actually doing smooth consecutive motions. Felt like a chore being there and for the first time while getting a massage.. I was just waiting for it to end. Not relaxing at all. When I brought it up with the receptionist she dismissed my concerns and still had the nerve to ask us to leave a tip for the therapists?! Like I just told you I was unhappy with the service.. anyways please save your money and go elsewhere. There are alott of better spas in the Markham area. Would not go here again. Waste of time & money. Oh and btw we asked for a receipt for insurance.. and she claimed that she’ll have to charge us tax in order to get one. so if you’re paying up front be mindful of that."

"Thank you Jenny and Sophie for an amazing experience with our facial and massage. They were so kind and took great care of us. They gave us a tour of the space, which had stunning tall ceilings and was incredible spacious and luxurious. I love how clean the aesthetic is, they had lockers with towel and robe upon arrival. There was a sauna and shower that we can use after our service. After we were done changing, we walked to the VIP room which had their own bathroom and shower. The massage pinpointed my areas that I oftentimes had joint pain. It was from the head, neck, shoulders, spine and lower back. The facial was a great deal and price, they used red light therapy and machines to clean out my pores and spots on my face. My skin has never felt so soft in a long time. It was hydrating and glowing after our session. Highly recommend to everyone I know for a girls night out, or a relaxing place for youself"

"Horrible horrible place. I bought two Groupon pkg for me and my daughter for her 16th bday. First off they were 20 min late one lady didn't speak English at all. They put us in the room no blanket to cover us we had to cover ourselves with a towel. We paid for a blueberry soya facial she kept harassing me to use another product I repeatedly told them we can't because we have severe allergies they already started to use it on my daughter then told me they didn't have the product we paid for my daughter started having a severe reaction all over her face ears neck and eyes. Then she started arguing with me . I had to yell at her to leave so we could get dressed. Refused to give our money back. Stay far away from them"

"Did my hair here I asked for a balayage, no orange colour and she gave me orange hair with highlights instead. When I asked to fix it she “fixed” it just slightly she didn’t change the colour problem. Don’t ever get balayage from here or any hard skilled hair color they only know basic dye like full colour. What I asked for in the picture below and what I got. (The second picture is her “fixed”). She tried to gaslight me and tell me it’s not orange multiple times. She also blames my hair for it being orange as a professional you should know what works and what doesn’t on peoples hair I was transparent with what I wanted."
