Elevator service was reasonable visiting the amenities. Lastly we had the essential Pedicure. Fara, in another life we were besties! Not only did you provide great pedicure (with my sparkles) but our chat was delightful! Remember "when" not saying "if" ???? Lara was sweet, also shared nice rapport with us. Mother really liked the care Lara took into making sure we were comfortable. What surprised us was the hot stones what an interesting experience. Would recommend. "I purchased a membership, while the treatments are great it is hard to cancel their membership. I gave 30 day notice and still being charged for it. When I called back they said my account was frozen not cancelled. The manager called me trying to retain my business, which I can appreciate, but sadly it is hard to make appointments, no one ever picks up the phone, and when you are looking to cancel your membership no one seems to honour the request."

"Very nice experience at this Spa inside the King Edward Hotel, you really get a pampered treatment and serviced here. They have a guest lounge and you can help yourself to the little snack bar, if you would like tea they will give you a pot with the tea of your choice. I tried the lavender tea and it was amazing! I got the Majesty’s mani and my sister got the Mokara pedi, bill was about $250 but we both had a wonderful time. You do not feel rushed to leave at all and they encourage you to spend more time in their lounge after your treatment. The prices are as expected with this kind of service and they do add a mandatory 18% gratuity; but I would still recommend coming for a special occasion."

"This is our 5th time visiting, my husband and I really like it here. Their space is small but clean. Receptionist Natalia is very accommodating and friendly. There were other receptionists too and all are nice as well. Luna is very skilled and really knows where to hit the spot and I would always feel rejuvenated after the session. My husband also liked either Ingrid or Lilly. Although there were times we requested for our preferred therapist and they were not available, other therapist would do us and it's not the same experience but manageable. Ps. The masseuses mentioned had strong hand pressure which we really liked. You can request other therapists to your liking."

"(Update: Althaliah works at another clinic called Massage Me on Saddleback road and I would highly recommend seeing her there) I had the best experience and massage from Athaliah at Muscle Matters. It was my first time trying this clinic out on Monday because usually I look for places that allow you to book online for the same day. But my boyfriend was able to book one for us over the weekend as he lives near by and has been a couple times before. The clinic was nice, clean and had a pleasant scent of oranges from the massage oil that you could smell right from the elevator. The room was very spacious and had a heated bed. They even give you a bag of epsom salt so you can have a relaxing post-massage soak at home. Athaliah was an amazing masseuse and is easily the best I’ve ever had! She applied the perfect amount of pressure but was also very aware of which parts were a bit more tender/required a lighter touch. But the best part of the experience for me was the few minutes she spent with me after the massage. I’ve never had a massage therapist sit me down after to tell me about their concerns about my borderline chronic tightness or how she could tell I carry/suppress all my stress. She is extremely intuitive and knew so much about me/my life/how I operate just from my first 1 hour session with her. She provided amazing advice in a very nurturing manner and it actually made me want to take better care of my body. It really just shows how much she cares about the people she treats. Meeting her was truly a blessing and I cannot wait to go back to her again for more treatments. My 1 hour massage with Athaliah was not only beneficial for me physically, but also mentally. I will definitely be going back to her because the entire experience was incomparable to the many, many, many massages I’ve had before. She is not just a masseuse but also a healer."
