"Disgrace. Dirty. It is very difficult to understand how such a dirty and sloppy place could be called a spa center. I guess this place is never inspected. The employees are terrible. The floors are dirty. The employees have almost no language skills. I think someone who knows English should work in a place where the native language is English. I don't know her real name, but the woman called Cami is a disaster. My advice to those who will come for the first time is never try it. Stay away."

"I have been going here for many years, and it is super fantastic!Way better than registered massage therapy and wish extended benefits would cover this instead of RMT! I have a VIP membership, and feel amazing after my body and foot reflexology! May is absolutely amazing! Acupressure and deep tissue massage are intense but you can always ask the therapist to adjust the pressure and it leaves you feeling relaxed and floating on a cloud, afterwards!"

"Should not be offering prenatal massages if they do not have the equipment to do it properly. When booking, I booked the “prenatal massage” as I am 34 weeks pregnant. They don’t have any pregnancy pillow to lay into to get your back massaged so they have you lay on your side and then switch (not fun for a very pregnant person). The massage was extremely uncomfortable and I left wishing I never went- complete waste of money. The RMT was also running behind, and didn’t even do the full 50 minutes"

"This is the best service I have got in Canada . I have been looking for someone who can customize the service as per my need. And this place is the one stop for everything. Went for a quick arms legs waxing and ended up spending 4 hours with all the services I could think of in a day. And of course the best Facial I could get. I have a sensitive skin with multiple issues but Aminah was kind enough to guide me through the entire process so nice . I can feel the difference on my skin. She is my permanent go to person.
