"Waterfront Spa is a lovely and beautiful spa with professional therapists. I have long suffered with my back and from time to time I need a deep to medium tissue massage. Ana, is a very hospitable manager who always takes care of her guests and the complimentary Prosecco is just an icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend the Waterfront Spa to those who need either a sports or recreational massage. In addition, I noticed they offer pedicure and manicure services as well. I also loce the location ans the view is exceptional. You can see the entire Vancouver skyline from the window as you enjoy your treatment."

"I went to Diba Day Spa and had an incredibly relaxing experience. The attention is very professional and respectful, they explained all the options and details of my procedure, they answered all my questions and they have followed up with me after my sessions. The spa is very clean, smell very good and the environment and music are ideal for relaxing deeply."

"I was looking into doing a treatment to lighten my pigmentation. During the process, I knew exactly what was happening because the aesthetician explained it well. The only part I had a bit of concern was smelling my face hair being burnt from the laser. I learned it was a normal side effect and I wasn’t hurt so that was fine by me. After the treatment, I felt my face was brighter and was pleased with the result. I just waited for about a week for the side effects to fade and heal. Overall process was pleasant and it was a 4.5 experience for me :)"

"Mixed on how to score this. The staff are all very nice and the cold plunge tanks are great with the nice sauna but the intake change area quickly becomes too crowded especially at the top and end of the hour as people are all checking in / leaving. There’s also this weird curb in the spa near the towel rack we all tripped over as it’s the same tile pattern as we didn’t see it. However they have a good number of cold plunge tubs to people allowed to book per session as we were never waiting long. Also liked that there’s a small table outside the sauna which is a nice spot to put your glasses for a moment so they don’t melt. Once you’re in the facility it’s great and the coffee and kombucha is quite nice but the getting in / leaving part could be improved as everyone is stumbling over each other to get their things as it’s far too small and it’s an unfortunate way to end your experience. We did have a moment of confusion at the start as there’s a women’s change room and a universal one. We were looking for the men’s but turns out it is only the two. Also the toilets were missing the flush button for some reason?"

"Went with a birthday gift card and tried out the Spa for the first time. I had never received a massage that was not done by a RMT (I knew they would not be an RMT as it was stated in the package) it was relaxing but I would qualify it as more of a soft rub than a massage. They also didn't provide an option of areas to work on during the massage and just did legs and upper back. One staff member did all the treatments for me and she was kind and personable. When I entered the space I was told there would be robes and slippers in the bathroom but did not see any so I went without for the three + hours I was there. They did offer me complimentary tea of choice which I enjoyed but I do wish I had more opportunity to explore the teas offered during my time (there was no time for this). The nail polish selection was meak and some seemed quite old so I picked one that looked the freshest. Overall a good experience if you get a gift card as a gift. But I would spend my own money at a spa that better suits my interpretation of a spa. If you go here even earlier then they tell you to do you can explore the teas in the lounge and read a book. It is not a place where you can stay and relax, and definitely more focused on completing treatments in and out service."
