"Wow, I got to tell you. For years and because of a car accident that almost crippled me with head injuries and broken bones. I have visited many health practices to alleviate and continue my recovery. I love the RAPID massage treatments by Alexey Soshalskiy It felt different, love the fact that his Rapid massage therapy focused on trigger points and deeper areas. Even do were more intense, the end results and how you feel after treatment is great. I am so happy I was referred to seek treatment by Alexey. I love the atmosphere at Meridian, very relaxing environment with professional and knowledgeable staff. I will strongly suggest to try this approach (RAPID MASSAGE TREATMENT). For many of us struggling with inflammation, joints and pains is a great way to reduce them. There is No doubt, I will continue treatments and stay with Alexey in helping me to alleviate and recover more. He does other massage techniques, but I myself prefer the Rapid , more intense and a bit painful but found it more effective."

"Had the best girl’s spa day at Sweet Escape in Galt this past Saturday. The space is clean, minimalist, and so cozy—such a calming vibe from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed the infrared sauna, salt room, and my gals surprised me with a facial that left my skin absolutely glowing. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed—my body and skin have never felt better! Breanna, the owner, is amazing. She’s so passionate and knowledgeable about health and skincare and even makes her own product line. I took home the Sweet Escape body butter and it’s been making my skin feel insanely soft and hydrated. Such a beautiful spot to unwind and connect with friends. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Crystal is nothing short of amazing. Aesthetician’s can be a dime a dozen but there’s something different with Crystal. Started off using her services when she posted a promo (check her out in instagram as she sometimes has deals/packages on). And quickly returned for facials which than turned into laser hair removal. Being hairy (as I like to call it). Having to deal with it daily became tedious and really added extra time to my morning routine. Not to mention my self confidence. I tried laser hair removal, and to be honest I wasn’t sure it would actually work. But after 5 sessions of chin, underarm and bikini I can say I am a believer (and a lot less hairy!!????). Crystal‘s laser is pain free and cool to touch (no burning or pain during it after sessions). She is personable, and professional. Her sessions gave me back my self confidence, and time in the morning (moms, IYKYK how 5 extra minutes in the morning can make a difference). Can wait to start my next round of laser. 10/10 would be my review of her salon, pricing, and knowledge of her profession."
