"I had a really disappointing experience at this spa. Savannah, who was supposed to provide the service, left the room after just 4 minutes—much less than what I paid for. When I brought this up to the lady at the front desk, she not only belittled me but also blamed me for it. If I didn’t get the full amount of time I paid for, I should have at least received half. To make matters worse, the manager seemed more interested in money than in making things right. She actually suggested that if I tipped both her and Savannah, they might be able to give me more time. The whole experience felt incredibly unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be coming back."

"I do not trust my facials, massage or any laser treatment anywhere else but here. The lady who does facials is the best I’ve seen in GTA. Very professional and skillful with good service to boot. The prices are very reasonable given the high bar of quality work. Highly recommend!"
