"This Hotel is a real gem, I highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for a real peaceful, serene getaway....at an amazing price. The hotel room is very large, bright, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a real comfy, relaxing and hassle-free stay. A couple of specifics about the room is that: 1) they have excellent showers with amazing water pressure and the water can be adjusted to exactly the amount of heat that you wish = great shoulders and neck massage; 2) they have their own line of specialty pillows - also available for sale for a convenient price- which are specifically designed to meet your sleep position..I.e. stomach, back, right or left side; 3) the hotel is very quiet and safe and at the same time conveniently located in a short walking distance from various restaurants and even a convenient store. The Staff Girls are all so sweet, friendly and sincerely eager to help all the time. The Spa is most definitely a must during your stay. I cannot say enough nice things about my experiences. I had a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure done, along with a Facial Wax and Facial. I had the pleasure of Marie and Stephanie helping me, both of whom I felt like I knew forever....it was so easy to chat and giggle with them...a real nice time. You definitely have to ask for Stephanie's "Special" if you want to have the best facial pampering experience of your lifetime....plus she's got some special tricks up her sleeves when it comes to making your pedicure even more relaxing. ???? I can't wait to visite again, thanks!"

"We come here once a year , and everytime is as amazing as the last if not better ! The spa is wonderful , their staff is warm and friendly , and very accomedating. The rooms are very nice , modern and comfortable . The bedding is soft and the bed is comfortable.And the price cannot be beat for a hotel 5 mintures out from the old city and all the attractions ! The only down size is their elevator is really outdated ... more like a service elevator then one for the public . You have to try their mocaccinos ! AMAZING ."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire place was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent—the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a highlight—so relaxing and perfect after a long day. The outdoor pool was just as beautiful, surrounded by a lovely atmosphere that made it feel like a mini getaway. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great amenities!"

"Thé place is nice but the front desk lady is disgusting. In the phone she cited me a few times and didnt answered my questions. When I arrived she clearly discriminated me and treated me as a second class client. She even answered the phone with much more details for another client and let me waiting. When I asked to show me the premises, she also make half a tour - I saw she making complete tours for all the clients that arrived after me. Unless really in need of a treatment I will never go again see this woman. There was no eucalyptus (neither any other) essence on the hot stone sauna; and small details were missing but is a beautiful place itself. The real problem is the human resources - as in many places around."
