The stretching and movement during massage makes so much sense. Pat provides excellent deep massage. Also, my ankle is a chronic pain point, and she is respectful of that, expertly massaging and stretching the area to soften the tissue and stimulate circulation. She cares. We loved the cold plunge—it was super refreshing—and the sitting area with the fire pit was perfect for relaxing afterward. The whole setup felt relaxing and well thought out. And the best part?
