"I visited LunaSoul Wellness for the sound healing vibration massage with Bella. It was a very different type of treatment I never had before and ended with a wonderful experience. Bella was amazing and helped me relax and recharge after the treatment. I will definitely come for another one and strongly recommend to my friends."

"My husband and myself went for ear candling yesterday with Suzy. If was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. My husband’s ear was totally blocked and Suzy worked her magic and today his hearing is so much better. Thanks Suzy"

"I highly recommend the Fresh Facial treatment at Lush Spa Robson Street. My spa therapist Kateryna was excellent. She began by explaining the treatment and then proceeded to provide a most relaxing treatment. The music, scents, and treatment combined perfectly. I am looking forward to trying some of the other spa treatments!"

"I’ve been going to Mikayla at Gas City Massage & Spa for almost a year, and it’s been fantastic. She’s friendly, professional, and knows her stuff. Great range of treatment options that actually work, whether it’s for relaxation or dealing with tight muscles. Highly recommend her and the spa!"

"Had an amazing experience at Santé Salt Cave & Healing Spa! The staff were so kind and welcoming, and the space was clean and calming. I did the Salt Cave session, the $165 Euro esthetic package, and the Hand and Foot Detox — each one left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!"

"Very pleased with my visit to Alexandra's Elements Spa, this salon is conveniently located on a big plaza with free parking lots around. Alexandra is a true, dedicated professional who loves what she is doing, she is capable to identify the areas of your body that needs attention, highly recommend to everyone."

"Just had one of the best shoulder and foot massage. Ella got all my knots and tension out of my shoulders. The facility is also very clean. We will definitely come again."

"It should get zero star! I went to this place for a massage and the service was terrible! Don't waste your time and money in this place!"

"Terrible Experience – Feels Like a Scam I’m extremely disappointed with Hand & Stone Massage in Richmond Hill. We purchased 2 gift cards in December for a massage and facial, which were supposed to be valid for six months. There are still six days left before the cards expire, and when I called today to book an appointment, I was told they are fully booked and refused to accommodate me or extend the validity. It honestly feels like a scam — why sell gift cards with a time limit if you’re not going to honor them within that period? It’s even more frustrating that they’re taking bookings for after my card expires, but won’t make any effort to help me now. To make things worse, the receptionist was extremely rude. When I tried to explain the issue, she gave an irrelevant and insulting example about gift cards from other stores, and when I raised my voice out of frustration, she hung up on me. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to anyone — avoid at all costs. _______________________________________ Thank you for your reply, but I’d like to clarify a few important points. First, the tone you’re now using in this written response is drastically different from how the manager spoke to me on the phone. If that level of professionalism had been shown during the call, there would’ve been no reason for me to raise my voice. What frustrated me further was the inappropriate comparison to a Shoppers Drug Mart gift card — a completely different kind of product and policy — which felt dismissive and irrelevant to the situation at hand. Second, while I acknowledge the expiry date of the complimentary gift card was mentioned and labeled, nowhere was it communicated that I should book an appointment immediately or within a limited booking window. If appointment availability is so limited, that should be made explicitly clear at the time of purchase or indicated on the card. Suggesting that it’s the client’s responsibility to assume this or read between the lines is unfair and misleading. The core issue is not about the expiry date itself, but the lack of transparency and poor communication regarding appointment availability — especially when you market these promotions as gifts. It shouldn’t be the customer’s “guesswork” to know they have to book weeks or even months in advance to actually redeem what was offered. I appreciate the offer to be put on a waitlist, but the overall handling of the situation — particularly the customer service I experienced — left me feeling undervalued as a client. I hope future promotions come with clearer guidance to avoid similar misunderstandings for others."
