"I barely could walk when I showed up at Big Feet on Edmonds. I went for a body massage for 1 hr and I could barely walk out. I was still in so much pain! The staff was very concerned and suggested Accupuncture. Qwinny came out and seen I couldn't even walk at this point. She put 3 tiny needles in me, one in my forehead and 2 in my left hand. It was like a Miracle!!!! I COULD WALK!!! Quinn processed to give me an emergency session to make sure that when I went home I wouldn't be stuck in anyway as far as not be able to get up if I was to lay down for the night. I will definitely be making this a regular thing to take of myself!!!"

"Sabai Thai spa gives you a good, clean spa like experience. I took the facial yesterday, I do like the cleanliness but TBH for a facial I expected more hand movements on the face or more massage on the face through the hands. That actually helps in improving the blood circulation on the face, just applying the products and less massage on face doesn't help much :). I didn't see the glow that comes right after facials. Trust me I've had many facials in the past and they have provided a sparkling glow. Hope to see improvements soon :) The staff was courteous and polite The next visit was pretty satisfying. The focus was given on the facial massage and thank you for listening and addressing my concern in the next visit itself. Look forward for more satisfying sessions :)"

"I had the Nouvelle Maria Day spa package which lasted about 5 hours. This package includes a manicure, pedicure, light lunch, massage, facial, and light makeup. I loved every treatment I received. Staff were very friendly and professional. The massage was one of the best I've had- it was both relaxing but he also applied good deep pressure to get out the knots! Someone always made sure my cucumber water was topped up throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was disappointed with is that on the breakdown of prices the "package discount" was taken only from the massage...all other treatments were listed as the same price, which means if you are covered you can't claim very much for your RMT massage. It would be great if the package discount was distributed evenly across treatments. Otherwise If you are looking for a relaxing day I would highly recommend!"

"I got masseter Botox this past weekend, done by Trinity. It was my first time getting it done, as it was my last resort to help with my chronic teeth clenching and tmj symptoms. It’s only been 5 days but I am EXTREMELY happy with my results! No tension in my jaw at all anymore!!! Trinity was very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable throughout the whole procedure. She answered all of my questions, she’s professional and very friendly. I left the building feeling absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait for the two week mark to see the physical results of the Botox. "Pur Balance is a special experience, from the minute you walk in the door to the time when you have to reluctantly leave. The reception area is welcoming, spatious yet cozy, and comfortable and the receptionist greeted me warmly and sparked up a delightful conversation while I waited. She took my jacket and directed me where I could remove my shoes to put on slippers that I did not want to give back. The therapist was very professional and friendly and made sure she understood the reason for my visit. The establishment itself is very clean and quite nicely decorated. It's clear that the owner knows that the atmosphere and setting is also an important part of the treatment experience. It's maybe a bit more expensive but, IMO, it's worth a small premium to have a complete experience rather than just 'a massage'. That being said, the massage itself was full value. I like a DEEP tissue massage and I got that in spades, but I also received a bit of an education about the muscle groups and what was going on and how the deep tissue massage was helping to repair the muscles. This was first time at Pur Balance but i felt like I was treated like a long-time and valued client from start to finish. I am looking forward to my next treatment."
