The only drawback to my experience was that conversations and activities outside the massage room were very audible inside. This may have been due to the placement of the massage table near the door or the acoustics of the space, but it very much did take away from the relaxing atmosphere. That said, I want to emphasize that the massage itself was excellent!! I truly appreciate the quality of care, though I could not relax due to the noise."

Although she was apologetic and wanted to make it up to me, and she also sent me back my money, she can't replace the trauma and stress she caused me. "This was my first and last visit to this place. The room was stuffy with poor air circulation, which made it hard to breathe comfortably. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude. As it was my first time, I wasn’t familiar with the process, and when I asked where to put the used towel, I was met with an angry response and high intonation. The staff member rudely directed me, and even other customers noticed and looked at me with pity. One of them tried to calm me down, but the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave. I then moved to Steamworks Bathhouse, and the difference was like night and day! The atmosphere, service, and facilities were far superior, making it a much better option."

"I have been visiting Charles since two years, it has been an amazing and outstanding experience. While he was on vacations I needed the massage therapy really bad, tried couple of other options which were even expensive but couldnt find the best. I would say that he really knows his job and is professional. I found him very polite, easy going and helpful. He knows what his clients expectations are. So far one of the best massage therapist I know of. Would give him 1000 out of 100 points."

"Fonda is an amazing therapist. She takes the time to understand the client and work with their issues. Her knowledge is outstanding. I have chronic knee pain and Fonda's work is incredible. Her clinic is so peaceful and private and she takes pride in her work. I am in my 50s and I have been to many massage therapists over the years but Fonda is by far the best. Fonda uses various techniques within her work and it is in no way the general massage I have experienced before ( eg. a nice lady applying body lotion on my skin for an hour! - Fonda is way more skilled and focused) My knees, hips and back feel so much better after my visit with Fonda. "COVID safety protocols are in place and I felt very safe, health wise. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given sandals to change into. Unfortunately, there's no bench or chair to sit on to change shoes. While I understand this is due to safety protocols, I came in with a very sore back and it was hard to change shoes. Regardless, I was treated to an excellent massage by Alfred Lau. Nice, deep tissue work. Kind, quiet, skilled. When I had a follow up question that I sent via email, I was answered within hours. Definitely will go back again! Beautiful clinic."

"I recently had a hydrofacial done here. The staff are very friendly and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. When I called to book I asked for which facial includes extractions and the hydrofacial was recommended which is what I booked. My honest review of the facial is it was not worth the $250. It did not include manual extractions. The machine did remove some dead skin cells and oil but I honestly went home with many blackheads and congestion that I then had to remove which was disappointing considering the amount of money I had just spent. I wouldn’t book this treatment again as it didn’t make much of a difference on my skin. My makeup did go on smoother but I have received better facials for acne for less money where they have done an hour of manual extractions. Sadly I went home very disappointed"
