"Asked multiple times for the person to give a very very soft massage and every time when I asked this about 1 minute later person giving the massage ignored my request and went back to whatever they are more used to doing. I was unable to stand 15 minutes of this person doing the massage. I paid and left in the middle the time remaining and left unsatisfied."

Took many years to find someone who not only does an amazing service & is professional, warm, welcoming and very experienced. Wendy always took the time to discuss, explain & offer solutions for problem areas. As well even though bookings were 2-4 weeks in advance of appointment she was always very accommodating in rescheduling when plans changed or an emergency fix was required. "I had a prenatal massage here, and unfortunately, it was the worst massage I’ve ever received in my life. The massage therapist remained seated the entire time, used only one hand, and barely applied any pressure—there was no real effort or care put into it. The environment also left much to be desired. It did not feel clean, and the massage oil they used had a greasy, unpleasant texture that reminded me more of car grease than a product meant for skin. For something as sensitive and important as prenatal care, I expected a much more professional and hygienic experience. This was not just disappointing—it was frustrating. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking quality care during pregnancy."
