"It is one of the best and most top-quality facials I have received. I've been going to European Spa for over 10 years and all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!"

"Booked a massage here because I had a gift card. The facilities are not very clean (i.e., the vent in the washroom is disgusting and there were dirty glasses in the waiting room which easily could have been taken away by the receptionist). The robes are way too short for someone to be comfortable in the co-ed waiting room which has no clock. My therapist was sick and coughed the entire time and also touched places I specifically asked her not to in my intake form, so I'm assuming it was not read. A few easy fixes and this place could be vastly improved."

"nice place but the front end lady is extremely difficult to deal with. Wouldn't book me in because she couldn't find my "file" despite me being there at least a dozen times. took 4 phone calls for her to say she couldn't find my insurance documets in her file system. Why do i even need to provide that to her.... its my business if i have insurance and wan to claim. the front end lady ruins the whole experience."
