"Booked an appt for 45 upper body massage and 50 min foot reflexology. My boyfriend had Benson and said that he had the best back massage and foot massage he’s ever had before. My boyfriend doesn’t typically enjoy massages, but Benson performed what seemed like more of a sports massage for him based on what my bf needed. I personally had a the best relaxing massage (lighter pressure is what I asked for). Almost fell asleep a couple of times. The ambience is nice, great spa music. It’s completely open concept, so not much privacy, but it reminded me of the high end spa rooms in Cambodia where everyone is in chairs like a nail salon side by side, but it is quiet and tranquil. Everyone was very kind there and the bathrooms were nice as well. Clean and relaxing!"

"Clean space and minimalist decor with friendly staff. I was provided shorts to change to for comfort. My masseuse asked if I wanted shoulder massage that is included in the price for 50min foot massage. She kneaded out my tight shoulders while my feet soaked. She applied good pressure on my feet. Definitely will return when I visit Canada again."

"Overpriced and underwhelming service and facility in comparison to other reputable high-end spas. - No registered massage therapists. - Steam room is tiny and it wasn’t very clean. Black and orange stain (mold?) in between tiles. - Locker/Bathroom is located outside of the spa away from the treatment rooms and is shared with hotel guests. - They use tiny paper cups to serve water in. - Bath towels are rough, not soft or fluffy, and small. - Plastic flip flops they provide is very thin and uncomfortable to walk in. I personally wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone and I will not return. I’m sure they get enough business from the hotel guests."

"Honestly this was one of the most relaxing and blissful experiences I’ve had in a long time. I was skeptical because the price felt steep but I truly feel that we got our moneys worth and more. Everything had such care and attention to detail. I loved being able to sip on tea and water throughout our time. We went late at night and had the most wonderful time. I loved everything about this and would do it again. Would love to experience it in the rain or snow coming through the top of the space! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!"

"I selected the Rest, Restore, Relax package and was very impressed by the experience and the skills of my therapist, Grace. I called ahead to ensure that men were welcome and that my chosen package was suitable. This is a high end spa with decor in muted neutral tones, not at all "girly". The only common area is the small relaxation lounge/waiting area where you complete the usual health questionnaire. Grace has expert skills and considered my health form carefully, asked questions and made recommendations. She described each stage of the treatments and I was grateful for that. The 90+ minutes simply flew by and I left glowing and feeling like I was walking on a cloud. I was staying at the hotel the night before. The spa team helped ensure a late checkout so that I could return to my room after my treatments. I was very grateful for that and I look forward to returning to Spa Magnolia on my next trip to Victoria."
