"This Spa is a true hidden gem. It has a lovely atmosphere from the moment you enter. Their masseuses gave excellent relaxation massages and the salt cave was so relaxing that we dozed off. The service was on point too. We're from out of town but we will definitely come again the next time we're in town. Thank you for the excellent experience!!"

"I was really disappointed after coming here for my birthday. I have been to other spas in the GTA like the Ritz and they always have done something special for me on my birthday like a glass of champagne. I felt like the lady at the front desk was not that professional, and felt like our massage therapy was not worth the price. The lady who did my massage talked a lot, so it wasn’t that relaxing. The massage itself was in a hotel room and when the massage was done both of the ladies stayed in the room while me and my partner were getting changed, we had no idea they were still in the room they did not tell us, it would have been nice to have some privacy to get changed or at least let us know! The amenities were great just not a good experience with the massage therapy and I felt like for the price it didn’t feel that luxurious."
