"Jan. 9, 2021- Martin is hands down the best massage therapist I have met to date for deep tissue massages. I have gone to RMTs from November up until yesterday and I do not get the therapeutic response I get from seeing Martin. I have to see him almost every time post RMT to fix or take care of missed areas. He is drastically changing my quality of life. If you are suffering from any sort of pain or stiffness Martin will assess, seek out, and destroy problematic areas. October 25, 2020 - Still seeing Martin, problem is he is getting busier and busier due the demand of his exceptional service. He is genuinely searching out problematic areas and fixing them and I am noticing a difference in my quality of life. Them more I learn about his great service to this country and passion to become an educated RMT and Kinesiologist the more trusting I have become about him knowing my health needs. He not only shows me different stretches and breathing techniques as homework but he has been keeping track of each session and slowly targeting one major problem area at a time. He is a fitness trainer as well so he can give you all sort of tips and tricks into living a more healthy active lifestyle to improve your health outcomes and personal goals. This year at this location there is an educated strong young man who knows his anatomy and physiology along with kinesiology among other great attributes and gifts. The last two massages by this man have been phenomenal. He cares genuinely about helping people and seeks out each muscle or connective tissue that needs work. I highly recommend everyone to give this person a try even though I know by writing this review it may prevent me from seeing him as often. However, I must share because I would hate for someone that needs him as much as I do not get the correct service from this humble and caring person. His passion should be commended. If you come to this location book with Martin. You will not be disappointed. Everyone is great at this location but Martin's style and technique work very well for me and my health problems. "Had a lovely spa day at the Four Seasons. Spent some time by the heated pool before my service. Had a relaxing facial with a wonderful face massage from Kathy. Then relaxed with a chamomile tea in the lounging area. The amenities are beautiful. There are crystals in the treatment rooms as well as in the water decanter. The robs are soft and fluffy. They have truly thought of everything. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful and relaxing spa. The change rooms are large and have all the toiletries you’d need for getting ready after a massage. There is a coed lounge and a gendered quiet area for relaxing. I’ve spent a few hours here in addition to my massage appointment. There are lights snacks and plenty of tea for your enjoyment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The spa provide slippers, locked lockers, and a robe. You just need to arrive with a bathing suit on to make use of the steam, pool, and sauna. They do add an 18% tip which you can reduce or remove by request. That’s the only issue I have with this spa. A massage by an RMT is a professional service do not sure why they add this in."

"Just started going to Hand & Stone and it is great! My RMT, Linda, is amazing! She gives a truly “therapeutic” massage. If you go for the monthly plan, the massage is $99 for 50 minutes. The front desk staff is very friendly but everyone that works there smiles at you and makes you feel welcome. I had my first facial (at a reduced rate because I’m on the membership pkan for the message so that was very nice) and it was lovely! They gave me slippers and a robe so that I would not have to get dressed before going downstairs for my massage…very thoughtful! Highly, highly recommend."

"Michelle is amazing, she is actually the best therapist I have had. The appointment started with pressure that was a bit too soft for me, but when I asked she explained that she was working the upper layer of the muscle so that she could get to the deep tissue afterwards. What a difference it made! Normally my muscles are so stiff that therapists find it hard to go as deep as I would like- this massage was intense, and just what my back needed to relieve the pain I was experiencing. For the first time after a massage I am sore in a great way! Will definitely use her again ongoing. My review would have been five stars had I only been reviewing Michelle, but I am reviewing the location as well. I have to say it is a beautiful clinic, but very frustrating to find as a first time client. I didn't realize it was in the sandman hotel and so I was driving around confused when my GPS kept leading me to the wrong place. The only blot on an otherwise amazing experience."

"I typically do my nails myself as I have done for the past 3 years, but I wanted to treat myself. Worst experience ever! Horrible experience! Would not recommend. I went in last saturday with appointment, had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment, then was told the first design picture I wanted may not be done exactly as shown, so I changed my design to something simple. The first tech didn't ask me how long, shape nothing, and I waited for her to finish shaping, as we all know you can do alot with shaping. First they made the nails look like bird talons (which they said was due to how long they are. As someone who has gotten long nails for years this is not the case) then when I said take them off, they assured me they would redo them and do a much better job. Ok, benefit of the doubt.....maybe just the 1 tech. Nope. Multiple cuts and 4 hours later, nothing like the picture, not straight, and now they are broken after just 5 days! Not worth the $140.00. I went back in today to have them redeem themselves, by just taking them off and got told "we are busy come back later". No -"I'm sorry", no - "let me see" Just a "we are busy come back later."
