"I had my brows and lashes done with Kaylee. I went into the appointment nervous mostly from a previous experience not related to Kaylee at all. Kaylee immediately calmed my nerves by asking all the right questions and explaining the brow lamination procedure and asking my expectations. Throughout the treatment she was explaining everything. When she showed me the completed brows I was a happy with the result! "We loved our experience at elm spa. Its location is very suitable if you are living anywhere in downtown. As we got to the location, the staff there were so welcoming and kind - they took our bags for me and placed it in a secure location while we had our massage. The place was very COVID friendly. They provided us with a robe and flip flops during my time at the spa. Before our appointment, they welcomed us to relax in the garden room where we were offered water and enjoyed the calming environment. We got the 80 min aromatherapy massage and it was so worth it. Andre the RMT was amazing and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and it made us feel relaxed leaving. It is worth every penny."

"Wonderful relaxing experience at the Four Seasons Spa. First off, I love that you get access to the facilities when you go in for a massage. They have a steam room, hot tub and large swimming pool. I started off with a massage from an MT, the space was dimly lit with nice relaxing music and essential oils permeating the air. The MT was very pleasant and sweet - she was very attentive during the massage. The facilities are beautiful - I stayed for a couple hours after my massage. It was really relaxing and I did a cycle of breath work + steam room + hot tub + swimming. The ambiance here is so lovely I could stay here forever. Highly recommended - TREAT YO’ SELF!"

"Ambiance of this place is average, but service is one of the best in Toronto. Caution - if your body can handle hard core deep tissue massage therapy, THIS IS THE PLACE. Your body may feel pain next couple of days but thats fine. Its worth going through that pain. They can always lower the pressure upon your request, but your knots will be there. All therapist are best. You tell them problem they will make sure you wont face them again. They will find all knots in the body and will make sure you will leave with none. After my experience with them I was literally feeling I was walking on cloud. From now on I will only visit them."

"My first experience of the spa was not so great. There was a guy from another unit in the building smoking in front of the entrance doors. When I walked in, the spa appeared clean, it was bright, and quiet. The receptionist was friendly. The wait time was short. I was welcomed by the Esthetician but then was criticized. I apparently didn't have the robe on right and she said " you said you've been to spa before, you should know this" then commented that I was "so skinny".. After that I felt a little insulted. Before my appointment I was promised that I would have a skin analysis which I was really interested about, didn't happen. It also would have been nice if the Esthetician explained to me what products she was putting on my face, and why. I had to ask but then stopped hoping she would let me know but it didn't happen. I asked her a few questions about my skin and she seemed unsure. Overall the result was O-K, but my experience was not up to my standards."

"Purchased a kids Groupon to pamper my little girl plus try this place out myself to see if it's any good. AVOID AVOID AVOID. When she started on my little girl there was no soaking of the feet or anything just straight polish after removal of her old polish. Thank God my son was hungry so used it as an excuse to bolt early and just have my shellac removed as I was quoted $67 for a pedicure plus $10 to remove shellac and additional $10 for new shellac. That's $87 and if it follows the same protocol as my little girls service that's pretty outrageous for just changing my polish. I'll go back to the Vietnamese dominated shops thanks. Nice touch on the coffee and the juice but no where close what you need to be successful and compete on the same level as other available salons. You couldn't even impress a 6 year old, let alone retain adults as customers. Beautiful place but you guys need to do way better, even if it's just services for little kids. Services of children also come with services for accompanying adults FYI, based on my own experience anyway."

"I started seeing Irene at Soul2Sole when I needed massage after an MVA, and I’ve continued seeing her for a year since then. She is awesome! A gentle and sweet person, she gives the massage according to your needs, and checks in a few times throughout to make sure the pressure is ok, etc. The front desk people are all lovely and polite. The atmosphere of the whole place, even the waiting area, is calm and serene. Highly recommend!"

"We went to Kaya Kama for the first time for a couples massage, facial and pedicure. The lady at the front reception was very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure we signed in correctly. We were then taken to the massage room where we met our massage therapist. We were expecting to be given instructions to change into robes/provided robes or how but she expected us to lay down as we were. I then asked for a robe amidst the awkwardness for which she brought me one, but not one for my husband for whom we asked again one for. We changed and waited quite a while more than normal, we took this time to relax and get absorb the atmosphere. The massage therapist then returned with the aesthetician who would be performing our facials. The massage itself was very relaxing minus the fact that the aesthetician was explaining the facial procedure to my husband next to me the whole time so I couldn’t relax fully and vice versa when it was my husbands turn for massage and mine for facial. After both our facials and massages were completed we proceeded to the pedicure stations where we were welcomed with very yummy fried noodles to enjoy during our pedicure. It would have been nice the have the massage seat functions explained to us prior to the pedicures so that we could enjoy that experience as well. Pedicures were average and the nail technicians were very friendly. We also noticed they had a waiting room when we were leaving which would have been nice to be introduced to during the check in. Overall enjoyed our first experience at the spa. Instructions upon entering the massage room could have made it to 5 stars ????"

"It was my first time in years getting my hair done professionally, but my stylist, David, made me feel comfortable right away — especially during the short consultation I had the day before my appointment! He was very friendly throughout the process and we got along super well! Not only that, but he was transparent and accurate regarding the amount of time the appointment would take, as well as the pricing. I requested a deep, dark purple solid colour, including a lightening process for old box dye that has accumulated on my hair. Since I have naturally dark hair, I was concerned about the colour payoff, but such concerns I had were addressed right away by David in a professional and reassuring manner. Although at the end, the shade of purple turned out more like a warm violet (due to the lightening process), I was still overjoyed with the results, especially with the overall price and the fact that other salons I have contacted said the projected colour wasn't possible at all! My hair feels healthy and handled with care :] Not just David, but the rest of the staff at Rain was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! Overall, it was an amazing experience for my first time at Rain Salon; I’m super happy with my results and I will definitely be back in the future :]"

"For a few years now I have been going to see Dr. Daphne Uduji for Botox treatments for my severe migraines. I am scared of needles and the procedure is one where it was terrible for me to have done, but it works. Dr. Uduji and Donna are an amazing team. Not only are they so smooth together, they are smart and well educated. Very sweet and kind and just lovely ladies. They know how to keep me relaxed and make the procedure somehow less and less worse. They distract me, keep me talking, ask me questions, give me a stress ball. They had relaxing music and a tv going with scenic views. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this team. Clinic is always clean and tidy. They are organized. Vibe is nice in there. "Went here years ago for eyebrow wax and was disappointed. Then was gifted a gift card and tried them again this past June for a gel pedicure and lip wax. I was very disappointed. The place didn't have the lights on and it was SILENT honestly thought they were closed when I walked in. It stayed this way the whole time I was there. Right before the wax the girl asks if I'm on accutane to which I say no. Then we get upstairs and she tells me I was supposed to fill out a waiver first but it's fine we'll just do that now that the wax is done. Then for the pedicure, halfway through she looks up at me, gives me a look and giggles " you didn't want your toes waxed did you ?" Well I was planning on it since it's included but I said no since I felt incredibly judged as she asked. The whole time she was awkward, quiet and didn't seem like she had a good idea of what needed to be done. When it came time to check out she tried charging me for the full service when I had already paid $100 on gift card.. definitely not coming back."
