I do not consider myself to be someone with a flawless complexion, but it's uncanny how many compliments I get on my skin. As soon as I walk through the door, the spa experience begins. The clean and natural fragrance, the smiling, welcoming faces, the oasis of luxury, all lure me into a state of blissful relaxation. Also, I truly appreciate some of the many Bioethique perks. :)"

She demonstrates extreme professionalism and in depth knowledge about hair health, cuts, and styling. Before discovering her, my haircuts felt ill-suited to my hair type and face shape. "these girls are so good at what they do. Gloria and Fantasy and all the other ladies are great at hydrating, exfoliating and helping extract some tricky spots I had. I had activated my membership online and realized they actually had a promotion involving a complimentary facial with in store activation. A quick call resolved this and management was very kind to let me still take advantage of this promotion without worry. Even their most basic facials are quite comprehensive and longer than other spas (45min instead if 30) and they have some great in house skin care products to browse. Membership is an unbeatable value for the relaxing facial you get - I’ve recommended to friends and we will be going in for a group booking. Totally worth your time!! update: after coming here for almost half a year my opinion has not changed, the manager here is accommodating and kind and the service is truly above and beyond."

"Today I enjoyed the Hard Day’s Night experience and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend this under rated session before it’s gone! It’s my first selection at the lush spa and I’m glad I took the opportunity to experience it before it goes away. Full stars for Rachel, she is lovely and amazing and she made the whole session relaxing and enjoyable. I am so happy we have Lush Spa in Vancouver and look forward to my next visit!"

"10/10 would recommend The staff is very friendly and they walk you through the services so you can just relax and not worry about the time. Confirm this based on your service but lockers and robes are typically provided. I booked the 165 Min. European Spa Package and it was the perfect way to enter Spring. I feel refreshed and relaxed. It’s a great mix of treatments when you’re in need for some TLC. This is my second time visiting the spa with this package and they will see me again soon!"

"Recently visited here with a friend and did the full package. We started with a soak for 40 minutes which was great and the water was very nice and warm and the Ambiance was really comfortable. From there we headed over to the sauna for 25 minutes which was really nice and then over for the hand and foot therapy. We then did 45 minutes in the Salt Cave with relaxing chairs and a nice warm blanket and ended our day with a 30-minute back and neck massage. The staff were really great and made us feel very welcome and they were extremely helpful. The environment is also very calm and inviting and everything is really clean and organized well. For a spa day that's local this place is great I would highly recommend you give it a try!"

"Let me just say that Sunstone is an amazing clinic for registered massage therapy. You are in good hands with any of the practitioners here. Efren goes above and beyond to ensure his patient’s injuries are treated properly and with care, while taking time to investigate and treat root causes of pain. Silvana the front desk admin is wonderful to deal with and can light up the room with her smile! What a fantastic clinic, I will be returning soon!"

"This is basically Wonder Queen Spa and Wonder Spa. They changed the name multiple times because their Google reviews are bad. I was hooked because the reviews were more than 4 stars, but this misleading. Massage was below average, the lady kept going in and out like at least 3 times, they changed masseuse in between. Massage was not horrible because she tried. This would have been fine up until the end when I gave my tip, and she asked for more. Not nice"

"Great place for both foot massage and full body massage. I used to see May, she’s excellent. But our schedules haven’t aligned so I started seeing Jessie, who is also fantastic. She used to be in medicine back home so she really knows the human body. She’s kind and has an amazing touch. Highly recommended"
