"I did session on 27 December and told them to focus on legs But they insisted in doing the upper back and update the duration from 30 to 45 minutes. During the procedure the back got severe muscle pain and when we complained they told to go to the family doctor they can’t do anything. I feel like it is unsafe to go to them. If you are lucky enough you can get a good massage unharmed. Am posting the receipt here for proof"

"Since Good Time opened it has become my go-to massage place in North York. All the staff are super nice and well trained, with one push on my back they know exactly what my pain points are. I always come out of the massage feeling much relieved and ready for a good night of sleep! Suggest to book for at least one hour long session- it includes tuina treatment for around 20 min and rest is oil massage (can discuss with the massage therapist). I have tried 3 different massage therapists and each provides unique techniques but they all work to get rid of my tension very well."

"I have an amazing experience with Dr.Kristen! She always caring and listen to me and check if there's any part of my body not feel comfortable and help me adjust which really ease the discomfort. I feel a huge different on my body after my second session with her. My first session with her, I came to her with my back pain issue where the pain started to restrict my movement even just to bend down. Now I can start feel myself again, even just a simple thing when I play with my puppy. There was one area on my back that made me flinch every time her hands glided over but within a minute the muscles relieved and it was sooooo relaxing. The full body massage was definitely worth it! The placement of injections Jennifer so artfully and skillfully did have lifted and froze the exact areas I had envision. Nothing is over done, my eyebrows aren’t lifting in weird angles causing “crazy face”, it’s simply ~just right~. It’s perfect. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I booked for 1hr body massage coz my right shoulder and back was hurting (also it was my first day of period). I was told that it’s not good to get a massage while on your period but I don’t 100% believe it I could be wrong but I needed the massage so my muscles would relax and I would hopefully not get bad period cramps. Anyway, wasn’t really satisfied with the quality as she was very gentle knowing I was on my period but I liked that she gave me hot stones and that she’s nice."
