"It's a fantastic spa with amazing staff. For people who are larger than average they have robes that fit. Up to size 4XL. My French is terrible but the team made it easy to get all the information I needed. I'll be coming back enough to really focus on my French skills. From the main spa to the eucalyptus steam bath each location is clean, and well set for even the coldest days. The massage was also absolutely perfect. She had the right pressure and the temperature was absolutely spot on."

"This was an excellent experience the spa was incredibly accommodating with both an English masseuse in a predominantly French community (yes my French should be better but my brain just doesn't language well) and with the delay due to an accident outside the facility. The thermal experiance was both uniquely decorated and excellent. They limit the number of participants during covid times and we had a hot tub with waterfall entirely to ourselves. This place oozes small town charm and has fabulous staff to back it up."

"It was first time going there as part of a surprise valentines gift( had no idea where I was going and what the place was all about) The ambience is so relaxing, staff were polite and accommodating and the body massage was great! A special thanks to Danika who was extremely pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about products they use! She was patient with all my questions and showed genuine interest in answering them! I ended up buying the body butter they used on me during the massage ( smelled awesome, light and non- greasy , there is one unscented option available as well) I’ll definitely be going back!"

"It was my first time here and the treatment I had was great and I really appreciated it. But when it comes to billing they aggressively pressured me into buying packages. I kept rejecting them and said that I would think about it first but the lady kept on telling me that it’s Christmas promotion right now and it’s last day of the promotion. She also kept trying to book my next appointment. Then when I told her again that I would think about it and call back to book my next appointment she didn’t seem very happy. She then said I can just put in a deposit for now and pay the rest later. Reason why I didn’t want to buy packages right after my first visit is because the minimum is $1500!! And once it’s paid there’s no refund and it just forces customers to go back. Realistically if someone really likes the place and service they will go back without having to be pressured into buying packages. Then why it comes to paying for my visit, she specifically said “tips” multiple times and had to make sure I gave her a good amount. She said the POS machine doesn’t have tips option so she was staring at me putting in the amount so she could add it to the total. After all these she tried to scam me an extra $70 and calculated wrong on the calculator. When I confronted her she just pretended it was miscalculated. Even though the treatment was great I don’t think I would ever want to go back again for how I was aggressively pressurized when it comes to money."

"Absolutely the worst foot massage experience I've ever had. I visited Big Feet on North Road in Coquitlam and left completely disappointed and uncomfortable. The person who "massaged" me was clearly sick—he was coughing constantly, even directly toward my face. The towels were dirty, the water was cold, and the place reeked of garlic. He had extremely long nails and scratched my skin multiple times, to the point that I had to ask him to stop. There was absolutely no massage technique—he clearly had no idea what he was doing and spent most of the time loosely holding my foot while staring at the clock. He left the room several times to answer the phone, and was loudly chatting with others throughout my session. The armchair covers were stained and filthy. This place is unsanitary, unprofessional, and not worth a single dollar. I would not recommend it to anyone."

"Went for foot massage and pedicure. It’s just an awful experience. They send a newly trained staff do the massage and basically I didn’t feel any pressure on my feet. The guy for pedicure keeping show off how he professional is and he even trains all the staff how to do pedicure. It end up with bleeding on my toes and he even try to use Disinfecting Wipes which is toxic to sanitize the wound. I can’t imagine how unprofessional the staff are trained by him. After 1 month, my toe still feels pain."
