"My experience was very pleasant and professional. I had my appointment with Virginie who took the time to listen to my needs and was very attentive to my areas of concern. I have chronic shoulder pains and in one session I’ve felt a drastic improvement in the pain I normally experience on a daily basis. Virginie also helped by providing me with a few exercises that I can do at home to help with the tension and tightness. I would definitely recommend this clinic as it is clean and welcoming, and Virginie is very skilled at what she does!"

"Unfortunately I have to leave a one star based on the lack of customer service. I booked a hair cut appointment for 1:00 pm today. The salon called me and asked me to come in 15 minutes early, at 12:45, which was no problem at all. I arrived at 12:40 to make sure I was available early for them, as they requested. When I arrived, the receptionist told me the hairdresser would be ready in 5 minutes. I sat and waited for 20 minutes, and then the receptionist came up to me and said she is almost done and should be ready soon. I then waited another 20 minutes (40 minutes total). I ended up leaving the salon and canceling my appointment as I felt there was no urgency or care from the salon. I understand that delays can happen, however I was told to come in EARLY for my appointment, and then waited 40 minutes with no explanation for the delay? If a customer was 40 minutes late with no explanation I'm sure the salon would cancel the appointment and maybe even charge the customer a cancellation fee too. Won't be going back."
