The amount you are offering me is not even worth the purchase price of the extra suitcases that have mysteriously disappeared.
I received your e-mail this morning and I'm not happy about it because the correspondence from Air France to which I replied yesterday did not ask me for any proof of purchase other than my bank details or specimen cheque and the list of items and their values. Please read it again and see when I failed to send proof of purchase. Please send me a screenshot of the e-mail you are considering.
Receive a PDF of the receipt for the coat you bought in Montreal this weekend. Late today or tomorrow, I will send you the detailed purchase receipt for my stolen goods so that I can receive my refund and not a commercial policy based on the traveler's head.
