I see Sara Hayes for massages and she is absolutely amazing. She knows the exact pressure to use, gets right into the muscles that hurt, and I leave feeling like putty. Highly, highly recommend her! The atmosphere in the room is nice and calm making it super easy to relax. I went for a massage with her when I was pregnant and she suggested massaging my hips (she knew this is a common spot for pregnant women), which at the time I didn’t think I needed- until she started working on them. I didn’t realize how sore and tight my hips were! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and I’m really grateful to her for making that suggestion. I went for a massage with her a couple days ago, 7 months postpartum, and I can’t stop telling my husband how much better I feel and how much relief the massage has brought me.

From the step into the clinic, the reception ladies were terrific. Friendly and courteous. Dr. Craig was professional. His down-to-earth demeanour made me feel comfortable and knowing that my pains would be taken care of. He fixed my shoulders and back pains.

First time going. Front is very open and brightly lit. Staff that I dealt with were very polite and professional. Lots of services are offered that can be catered to your needs. Pricing seems on par for similar services in the area. They were able to get me in right away for my appointment. Like what I experienced so plan on continuing to support this local business.

I’ve had Dealings with 360 wellness in Spruce Grove AB. For several years now. I have had Dr Darren as a chiropractor and acupuncturist. He is Fantastic at Treating and Explaining. When I Arrive he always makes me walk and is very alert to how I’m moving then he knows what I need. I’ve recommended him to several people Always have heard that he helped them too.

Darren is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable! He's helped me with my back and the chronic pain I deal with. It's getting better after a few visits which is amazing. I am glad I went!

Moved up here from Calgary and this place is way better than the last message and chiropractor. Dr. Darren is great an explaining you issues and is really helpful when your out of alignment.

Staff here were inviting, friendly and attentive The chiropractor was young but knows his stuff I felt relieved after my adjustments My massage from genesis was very good and thorough.i know this because I’m also a long time massage therapist. I will go back soon to continue my treatments.
