The room was clean and cozy, just like the photo. I got an acupressure massage and felt so much better after. My body felt lighter, and even the headache and numbness in my hand were gone. Jesse’s neck-stretching technique was something I’ve never experienced before, and it really helped with my neck pain. Definitely recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and Laura made me feel comfortable and listened to my specific concerns. I recently visited Able Wellness Centre and had an awesome experience! It’s got a great atmosphere inside and the staff were all very friendly. I tried out pilates with Danielle, and she was super pleasant to work with! She did a great job of catering the session to the specific muscle groups I wanted to work on, all while being very encouraging. Would definitely recommend!
