It was my first massage session with Sophie and she was very good. She asked if the pressure was too light or too heavy. Also, she kept asking me if I was feeling good during the session. She did a good job especially for the pain I had in my neck and shoulders.

Had an amazing experience at Adept A&T Massage Clinic with Caleb! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, and Caleb was incredibly professional and attentive. They really took the time to understand what I needed and worked out all the tension I didn’t even realize I had. Hands down, one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The clinic itself is super clean and has a really calming vibe, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a great massage in Winnipeg, I can’t recommend Caleb enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Using Last Minute Massage, I booked a treatment with Caleb as I was having a pretty intense shoulder and neck flareup. The treatment was great! Caleb was good about checking in to see if the pressure was okay throughout. I felt much better after my massage. My only and biggest complaint is the fact the linens smelled strongly of laundry detergent (Tide or something) to the point that I worried I was going to have a headache from it. My skin even smelled of it over an hour after my massage. Be aware of this if you have scent-sensitivities. I would suggest the clinic switch to scentless/no scent laundry detergent for their sheets and towels.

John is one of the top massage therapist. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. John really know how much pressure to apply at a particular pressure point. His technique is exceptional, addressing all your concerns. 10/10 based on my experience.
