Booked a short 45 minute for my first session with Ahave Massage Spa. My thinking was that I would judge the effectiveness of a new therapist based on a quick, intense, therapeutic massage to start with and decide after that if I should continue to return. Well, it didn't take long for me to realize that I was being provided service from a very competent professional. Shara is a very knowledgeable therapist and really seems to understand what is needed to get to the root of issues throughout the body. Over the last 20 years or so, I have been to 7 different massage therapists that were all effective in their own way but I felt very at ease and confident that this young lady would be able to help me with upper back/neck stiffness and tightness in my knees & hips. For a first visit, I thought Shara did an amazing job of working out a lot of my issues in a very short time. The more feedback that I provided for her, the quicker she was able to take care of my particular ailments. No doubt that I will continue to use the services at Ahave Massage Spa. I booked a full 90 minute session for next week immediately after finishing our short session. Highly recommend trying this therapist for what ever physical conditions you might have. Shara is also certified as a children's therapist so you may want to inquire for any child age 2 or older.

Shara gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She really listened to what I needed and made sure to cater to all my specific requests. Her massage technique was amazing—she knew exactly where to focus and how to release all the tension in my body. Had my first deep tissue massage by the lovely Shara and she was amazing! She prioritized customer comfortability by checking in to make sure I was doing okay. She also went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of what to do after and was very informative. She even went past closing time to make sure I got my full hour. She is truly amazing and I have finally found a place in lethbridge who takes care of their clients and goes above and beyond!

I had a wonderful experience at Ahave Massage Spa. The lady working on my body was so gentle, not only in her touch but also in the way she spoke to me. She was especially careful with the pain I was having on my left side, handling it with such care and attention. The atmosphere was calm and the air felt so fresh and relaxing. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable. I was kind of nervous to be going for a therapeutic massage as I had only ever had relaxation before. But Shara did an amazing job of building up to it and ending on a relaxing note. I have been for two therapeutic neck and shoulder massages so far. The difference is night and day to when I first went in. Highly recommend.
