I admit I was sceptical because there was only 5 star reviews (was this fake? I worried), but now I understand why! Ruslana was so so great. She explained everything well, made sure I was comfortable, and was very sweet and kind. I have very sensitive skin but had so much success with the laser hair removal I also decided to do IPL for my facial pigment as well! These treatments really work, especially if you are able to tolerate some discomfort and follow Ruslana's appointment timeline-- I am done after only five and 3 sessions respectively! Thank you again Ruslana, I wish I didn't wait so long to do this!

It would be amazing if someone who speaks English could answer the phone. I called to request information, and a French-speaking staff member answered. All I understood was “my coworker will call you back,” but no one ever called me back. Disappointing experience.
