I have been seeing Justin for neck, shoulder and back discomfort since early 2024 and he knows his stuff! He finds all the issues and gets them all worked out and gives me exercises to do that helps a lot!! I always feel amazing and relaxed when he’s done. Great guy and relaxing environment! I highly recommend Justin!!

DON'T GO HERE! (especially females) The RMTs at this place both treated my wife vastly different than they treated me. They were not respectful of her body and exposed more than they asked as they massaged. After explicitly saying that she was having issues with her shoulders & neck, he proceeded to massage her glutes bare without properly asking. Had she been asked, she would have said no. The conduct of Alex specifically was extremely unprofessional and we will never come back nor recommend their services. Also, they played classic rock on quite loud volume for the entirety of the massages.

I’ve seen my share of RMTs and Alex is the best yet—and the only one by whose strength/effectiveness I haven’t been let down. The clinic has a great vibe and prices are very reasonable for what he gets done in 60 minutes.

Hands down the best RMT in HRM. I've been to several massage therapists over the years to treat severe neck and shoulder pain from whiplash and Alex is the only person that intuitively knew exactly what points and areas to work on. Perfect amount of pressure. Extremely thorough. Atmosphere was relaxing and I left genuinely feeling so much better. I would recommend Alex without reservation and look forward to future treatments.

Alex is a great massage therapist who really knows his stuff. I go see him whenever I have pain or injuries from running and he's always able to fix me up within a few appointments. Highly recommend!
