The session was 1 hour, even though I arrived late 12 minutes. I told her I had tension everywhere! I had more from my right knee down. She proceeded from my feet to my knees. And then my head neck and shoulders. I Was on my back the whole time never did she ask me to flip over for the rest of my body. I had told her I had tension allover! She never did more than the sections I mentioned! On top of that. She does not give paper receipts! Never going back! Do not recommend to anyone.
