Came here for the first time today, place was fairly clean which is a good thing. I will not be returning however, after reading the reviews I should have listened, they try and dictate how much tip you leave. That was a non-starter for me and almost walked out without giving the girl any tip. That is absolutely unacceptable!!!

I have been here so many times. But lately the massage quality has declined. They keep on going inside and outside of rooms all the time in between massage. And full body massage means full body but apparently for them it only means back , arms and back legs thats it . They used to do front legs too but they have stopped now . Its waste to pay that much money for whole body when u only get half done. Even i got facial done and she was barely moving her fingers . They have really gone downhill. And then they ask you for $10 tip per hour this really bugs me . My service was not great i still thought of giving $5 tip but apparently she had already decided $10 tip for herself and gave me remaining.

We got a gift certificate for a 1 hour couples massage. We loved it here! Grace was excellent! Very relaxed atmosphere. Soft music and non rushed. I would recommend this place!

Friendly and professional staff! My stiff neck felt better immediately. Would definitely recommend for stressed students at this price!

*Update: I still maintain my review below. I've been here several times. My hubby and I just had a couples massage and it was very relaxing. The only thing that REALLY bothers me about this place is the demand for tips. I give a tip when I pre-purchase my massages. Asking for more ticks me off. Believe me when I tell you that I already tipped, instead of having to check and make sure. Your sign the front desk saying "Tips $10/hour" is a big turn off for me. For this, I've removed 2 stars, and now give you 3. Excellent service, very relaxing massage. Mandy is so kind and cheery. She is very strong and gets just the right spots. The prices are fantastic! I definitely recommend this spa.

Look...you get what you pay for. Total Inconsistency in the massages my partner and I got. Would I recommend it? Not particularly. Dont get me wrong, completely good price but 65$ a person wont get you a good massage. I walked in perfectly fine but because the lady was doing weird stuff to my feet and ankles I left with a flare up of an old injury. I cant even be mad because of how cheap it was. Oh! And don't get me on about tipping. You are REQUIRED to tip a minimum of 10$. Just put that 10 dollars into the original price!! I'd have WANTED to tip if I didn't leave the establishment in pain. Look, just go somewhere more expensive. The folks there are just entitled and bad at their jobs. I'd rather pay double the cost for a better service in the future.

I agree with some of the other negative reviews. They put too much pressure on my left sciatic nerve and now I have a new injury. Hard to say if this massage was the cause or not. But be aware that you do get what you pay for. If you choose to get a massage here, be very vocal about the amount of pressure you want. Keep in mind that these are not registered massage therapists.

Best massage for the price. I scoured google maps in langley and east Surrey for a long time looking for a massage place that i thought would be good. Happy to say that when I found Beauty Mood, i was in shock. $50- 50 min caught my eye. As most places are over $100 for an hour. I told myself. "Even if it's a bad massage it's only $50." I went for a walk-in at like 10:15am. Ended up doing the 60min for $60. Great experience, top quality "hard" massage. Obviously some parts of it are painful, but the benefit shows up after a few days of stiff and soreness. I was physically rejuvenated for 3 to 4 weeks. Mandy did a fabulous job. On my second visit, i did not get Mandy. I never caught the ladies name but she gave another very good massage that was about 95% as good as rhe one Many gave. I don't mind spending a good amount for a good job but at Beauty Mood, you quickly forget that it's "cheap" in comparison to other locations. For it's lower cost, you could easily treat yourself to double the amounts of visits and still save compared to other places and that is what is why Beauty Mood gets 5/5 for me. I never need to look elsewhere. A massage every 1-3 weeks doesn't even feel like an expense to budget.
