I have had massages from both Yu Ning and Serena. They are both wonderful providers who have given me wonderful massages that have helped with my tension headaches. The staff and clinic are pleasant, clean, and welcoming and always make sure you leave having some water to help post-treatment. Definitely try the orthopedic massage!!

I recently went for a deep tissue massage and my first acupuncture session. The experience was fantastic! The therapist was incredibly skilled and made me feel at ease. The deep tissue massage was just what I needed to relieve my muscle tension, and the acupuncture was surprisingly relaxing - was nervous about needles. I left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free.

Sunlife has delisted this group, tried to call to cancel 2x in the afternoon the day before, 3 times the morning of. Left messages guess no one checks the messages in the morning or end of day? Went a time before and they didn’t have direct billing for the practitioner I was with. The people are nice.

This is my second time visiting this place and I can not be more impressed! I was suffering from heavy soreness in my low back and shoulders because of my job and since the first session I felt so much better. Serena is very professional, kind and attentive and seems like the whole staff is more of the same. Very clean and relaxing place for any massage therapy.

The massage therapists and front desk worker were kind, patient and professional throughout my experience. I have had problems with my ankles, muscle aches and neck because I dance ballet and badminton, I’ve tried chiropractors and physiotherapy but the massage therapists here have been able to help me get deep knots and aches out to help me reset better than any chiropractor has. I would truly recommend booking here.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Receptionist is so friendly, owner checks in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Therapists are very knowledgeable and it seems like they have a Therapist that specializes in every different type of massage. The vibe is very calming and professional. Ample parking. Honestly if anybody tries and does not return I would be baffled. I will be a regular customer. Very satisfied!

New location is very nice and the best customer service I've ever experienced. Seriously, every member of the staff is extremely welcoming. From the receptionist to the owner. Very professional, and they have a therapist for every type of pain you have. The laser therapy completely removed all the pain I had in my joint. Took a few treatments but well worth the investment.
