Description: Overall appointment was not good. Waida appeared continually shocked by what I was using for skincare products (regular items from drugstore) and that I don't wear sunscreen unless I am sitting outside. It is fine to have an opinion, but it came across as very judgmental instead of professional and informative. The facial was very nice, but the reflexology treatment was very painful and I said so, but she did not make any modifications to treatment and it left me feeling sore for the rest of the day. She did offer various promotions for followup treatments and said you needed further treatments to get most benefit. Unfortunately, the overall experience made me feel uncomfortable and I will not return.

I was lucky enough to have an awesome 2 hour body massage, facial, and reflexology with Waida. I have never had a woman be able to do a deep tissue massage like her. It was a very nice environment from the moment I walked in, to leaving with a big smile. Her communication was very clear via phone and text. Highly recommend to anyone living in Vic.

Waida was lovely and the massage and reflexology were excellent. The pressure she used was perfect - I left feeling so relaxed, and she also helped with my sore knee and calf - they feel better today than they have in weeks! Highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and foot reflexology session with Waida. Her spa is spotless with excellent Covid protocols. I am a newbie to foot reflexology and she explained the basics so well. The music was super relaxing. She has a very sweet personality and is obviously very experienced. I re-booked for a full foot reflexology session with her before I left. Can't wait!

Waida is highly skilled and very knowledgeable and caring. She applies good strong pressure and hit points I had no idea we’re painful. I’ve had many massages in my day and she is definitely at the top of the list. Excellent value for your money.

Waida has lovely hands - I just experienced a wonderful facial and booked another for 6 weeks from now. She works alone in her beautiful shop, wears a mask, only books 4 appointments per day. A safe place to relax in these extraordinary times.

Had the most amazing experience with Waida. She was incredibly skilled in her field and an all around beautiful person. My Mother, Grandmother and myself visited her whilst travelling Canada. We all raved about her, wished we could transport her back to our country for continued treatments! Highly recommend and we could all easily say that she was the most amazing masseuse and reflexologist we had ever been to, and we've been to many!!! Thanks Waida - hope to see you again soon!

I have been seeing Waida since January this year and I have to say she is one of the most professional, amazing, caring and hardworking individuals I know. Her treatments have helped me physically, psychologically and physiologically. I recommend her to all my friends and family. My mother goes to see her too and is 60+ with fibromyalgia and she has helped her greatly. Waida is not only amazing at what she does but her prices are exceptionally reasonable. I don't know what I would do if she left Victoria!
