We brought our 6 month old girl in to have her ears pierced and pick out a nice set of earrings. The staff were very friendly and great with her. They did an excellent job. Thank you ladies!

Brought my very nervous 5 year old in to get her ears pierced today. Ken was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made my daughter feel excited about the experience. He was very patient and explained the process to her in detail. Ken was dancing, making jokes with my daughter, and provided her with a gift bag and a bravery certificate. Fadia and Ken did the piercing at the same time and my daughter laughed when it was all over. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience you provided today. Will definitely be recommending to everyone.

This is Malani’s mother. My daughter is 2 months old , and I paid $100 to get her ear pierced, they pierced it completely wrong and terribly unsafe , it was pierced in the bone, life threatening issue, plus when I addressed the owner, he gave me attitude and walked away ignoring me, and he lied to me before I went I called and he said he will refund me the money but when I got there he was terribly rude and walked away from me ignoring me completely. Do not recommend this place to anyone!! Plus my money went for waste. And my daughter ear is life threatening issue. Dangerous place.

Ladies behind the counter seemed very snobby/rude. Simply gave the form to my brother, told him to sign and let him now when it's been signed, and walked away. Constantly told him to sign it and to pick an earring. Felt like they were constantly badgering and peer pressuring him to get it. At least the lady who did his piercing was nice, but besides her the service felt pretty terrible.

Had an amazing experience with Michelle this morning who pierced my twins' ears. She was patient and kind, explained the whole process and gave us time to regroup after the piercings were done. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience for my 5 year old girls. I would recommend going when they first open as I could tell they were getting busier with calls and appointments. But overall excellent experience! Thank you!!
