Absolutely wonderful experience! I have had brow threading done for years and I have to say this was the best experience yet. Kimmie was very professional and did a great job. You can tell she is very experienced in threading and it did not hurt as much as it usually does. Great atmosphere.

The fascial itself was wonderful. The upsell to other products and services started the moment I got on the bed. I have never had that happen before at a spa, so I probably won’t be back.

I used to go here all the time. Once the pandemic happened all the spa like amenities were taken away, understandably. Now everything is back to normal, but their prices have increased, the hot tub has been removed indefinitely, there's no steam shower use and no robes. So how is this place considered a spa anymore? Very disappointed, and no incentive to get my massages there anymore.

I used to go to this place very regularly when I was working as a CCA. I really loved the atmosphere and the people. I called today to book a massage and I was told that I was no longer welcome there and not to book me. I was then told it was due to not showing up for appointments, which is totally untrue. I would 100% recommend this spa before today. The level of ignorance was beyond. I am still in shock as to what I was told today by staff members there. I even said they must have me mixed up with someone else, the answer I received was "nope" and goodbye. Please save yourself the ignorance and grief from dealing with this spa.

Had the most soothing, relaxing, rejuvenating one hour massage, Many thanks Kathy, you are truly Awesome!! Questions answered knowledgeably and courteous regarding one of the many wonderful products that this Outstanding Spa has to offer. There was ease of putting my claim through, and left there feeling like I was treated like gold!! I so appreciate how I have always been treated at this true gem of a Spa.
